  • Products may be returned if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or cause an adverse reaction.

  • Please ensure products are returned with original packaging where possible.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • For national returns (South Africa): We will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • For international returns: Please contact us for assistance; costs and arrangements may vary depending on your location.


4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • We offer cash refunds to the original payment method or product exchanges, depending on your preference.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once the returned product is received and inspected.


5. Allergic Reactions & Product Concerns

  • If you experience an allergic reaction or sensitivity, we will first assist you in selecting a suitable alternative product.

  • If no suitable alternative is available, we will issue a refund.

  • Providing details of your reaction or product experience helps us refine and improve our formulations.
