The Victorian Garden Collection

After experimenting with the different Victorian recipes using the same old fashioned ‘hand crafted’ methods, we produced the first few products of our original Collection –  and named it “The Victorian Garden Collection” –  high quality, unusual skin creams.  In these, we decided to use ingredients which were popular during the Victorian era.  Such as Lavender, Rose, Chamomile, Rosemary, Neroli, Jasmine, Rosehip, Pelargonium (Geranium).

Our first product was from a recipe dating to 1870 and we named it “Rose and Chamomile Day Moisturizer Cream”; this was followed by Rose and Chamomile Flower Water (later to be named “Toning Freshener Lotion”, followed by Rosemary and Lavender Cleansing Milk and Avocado and Geranium Night Cream (later to be named Avocado and Pelargonium Night Cream).  These products were used in the Phytotherapy Facial treatments from Lindsay’s Organic Skincare Salon bouquet of treatments.
